How to obtain VIP Client status

VIP Client status in our online store gives you a permanent 10% discount (on non-promotional items), as well as access to special promotions and exclusive offers. You can obtain VIP status in the following ways:

1. Make purchase(s) in our online store for a total amount of 150 EUR

In order for purchases to be counted and accumulated, registration in the online store is required.
Important! Purchases made without registration and without logging into your personal account are not automatically counted toward the amount required for VIP status.

How to register in the online store:
Select “Account” → “New Customer” or “Register” → in the opened window select the customer group “New Client” (default) → fill in all required fields and remember your password → agree to the terms and conditions (tick the checkbox) → click the “Continue” button.
You are now registered and can place orders.

Before each purchase, make sure to log in to your account. Once the total amount of your purchases in the online store reaches 150 EUR, you will be automatically assigned VIP Client status, and special prices will become available to you. There is no time limit — you can accumulate the amount gradually.

2. If you have a GUAM store loyalty card

If you previously made purchases in our GUAM store in Riga or Vilnius and you have (or had) a GUAM store loyalty card, you can obtain VIP Client status in the online store immediately, without making additional purchases.

What you need to do:
Register in the online store as described above. During registration, select the customer group “VIP Client”. In the field that appears, enter your GUAM loyalty card number. If the card has been lost, leave this field empty.

Important! Immediately after registration, you will not be able to place orders — your account will be temporarily blocked. You need to wait until the online store administrator verifies your details against the GUAM store customer database (e-mail address and phone number) and activates your VIP Client status. This usually takes up to one business day. After activation, you will receive an e-mail notification, will be able to place orders, and special prices will be available to you.

Before each purchase, make sure to log in to your account, so that special prices are applied correctly.

3. If you have already made purchases in the online store for a total of 150 EUR, but without registration

If you previously placed orders in our online store without registration, and the total amount of your purchases is 150 EUR or more, we can assign you VIP Client status.

What you need to do:
Register in the online store in the same way as described above for GUAM store customers. During registration, select the customer group “VIP Client”. In the field that appears, instead of the GUAM loyalty card number, enter your order numbers. After registration, please wait for your status to be activated as described above.
