HOW TO ORDER?

- Select the items you like and add them to your basket (by clicking on the relevant icon next to the item).
- To view your order, click on the ‘BASKET’ icon in the top right-hand corner. By clicking the ‘VIEW BASKET’ button, you can add items, change their quantities or remove them. Then click the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button and fill in all the required fields.
 - By registering, you can shop more quickly and conveniently without having to enter the same details (name, telephone number, delivery address, etc.) every time. In addition, you can use bookmarks, view your order history, and, once your total purchases reach 150 EUR, receive VIP Customer status and a 10% discount on all subsequent purchases.
- If you do not wish to register, select ‘PLACE ORDER WITHOUT REGISTRATION’.

Results of using cosmetic products may vary from person to person. Our company does not make misleading claims to consumers regarding the effectiveness or other properties of cosmetic products.

2. Venipak Parcel Locker: Latvia – €2.50; Estonia – €4.50; Lithuania – €3.00. Free delivery on orders over €50.00.
3. Omniva Parcel Locker: Latvia – €3.50; Estonia and Lithuania – €7.00. Free delivery on orders over €50.00.
4. Courier delivery – €12.00. Free delivery on orders over €80.00.
5. Collect from GUAM store — €0.00.

Free delivery on orders over €120.00. Delivery costs for orders below this amount range from €8 to €23 depending on the country. The exact cost is calculated when you place your order.

Within one working day of receiving payment into our account, we will dispatch your order via courier and send you the tracking number by email.
Delivery takes 1–4 working days to the Baltic states and up to 14 days to other countries. Deliveries are made on weekdays, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Latvia.
 

PAYMENT METHODS 

- Credit card;
- Bank transfer;
- PayPal.

The buyer may pay for the goods in cash or by credit card if they choose to collect the goods from GUAM stores.

RETURNS

- In accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 of the Republic of Latvia “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. You must inform the seller of your decision to return the goods by email: info@vipkosmetika.com
- We will send you a returns form and discuss the options for returning the goods.
- You must have documents confirming the order and payment for the purchase.
- The original packaging must be intact; the goods must not have been opened or used.
- Within 7 days of giving written notice of withdrawal, the buyer must return the goods to the supplier at the following address: SIA “E.L.A.N.”, Braslas iela 29, Rīga, LV-1084, Latvia.
- The costs associated with returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
- Upon receipt and verification of the return, we will refund the money within 30 days. When refunding the money, we will use the same payment method used by the buyer.
